We now have a web link on the Aramco Brats Site for Class of 1994.
If you want to contribute to the site you can send me your pics and your myspace links so they can be posted on the site. |

Hi jen....
i know if you go to your profile you can upload a pic that will show under your name when you post.. but it can only be 6kb big...
Click on profile
Go to your
Avatar control panel -- you will see all this there...
Displays a small graphic image below your details in posts. Only one image can be displayed at a time, its width can be no greater than 80 pixels, the height no greater than 80 pixels, and the file size no more than 6 KB. Current Image Delete Image
Upload Avatar from your machine:
I don't know about inserting images within replies though... there is a button "Img" but I can't figure it out... anyone?? |

ok i just saw this on the FAQ:
Can I post Images?
Images can indeed be shown in your posts. However, there is no facility at present for uploading images directly to this board. Therefore you must link to an image stored on a publicly accessible web server, e.g. http://www.some-unknown-place.net/my-picture.gif. You cannot link to pictures stored on your own PC (unless it is a publicly accessible server) nor to images stored behind authentication mechanisms such as Hotmail or Yahoo mailboxes, password-protected sites, etc. To display the image use either the BBCode [img] tag or appropriate HTML (if allowed).
Don't know what this all means.. if anyone does please translate...
Have yall see this site??
http://www.aramco-brats.com/classes/DH92/
Its my brothers grade and they do a good job of keeping it up to date and you can post pics and all that good stuff.. but i don't know how they set up etc.. i am sure there is a computer geek out there among us that could do this!! |

This is cool! Great job, Chris...and Greg for thinking of it!
I'm currently taking a web design class so if I get good enough, I'll see what all is involved in setting up a DH 1994 page on Aramco Brats. I've been avoiding the MySpace craze for now, mostly because my firewall at work blocks the website altogether!! (It's like they actually want us to work or something...) |

I loved reading all the e-mails this morning. A wonderful way to waste some time first thing in the morning at work! I just moved to the EAST coast... Delaware... working for Uncle Dupey (DuPont) in Wilmington. I am planning on getting down to DC soon to see the Cherry Blossoms, so maybe we can have a mini reunion.
I have been married now for almost 4 years. No babies, none on the way... for a long time. My husband and cats are on their way cross country from Iowa as we speak to move to Delaware with me. Yes, I was actually living in Iowa... YES, on purpose... oh wait isn't Mike Frangi there?
I am really feeling the need to catch up with some brats so lets plan this DC reunion ASAP. Greg, start planning!
Hugs all around!

Hello Everyone......We finally have a new place to meet up at now besides the Stud Rec!
Biscooty....Thank you for setting it up. This is going to be cool.
Grunt.....Nice to hear from you. Glad to know that you and Mel are getting on your feet after that beeotch Katrina rolled through town. I can't even imagine what that was like.
Jenny Mac....Everytime I get one of your mass emails I can't help but think about you. Ha Ha! Keep 'em coming.
Are we going to keep this forum for our class only or do we want to invite any Aramcons to join? |

Hey Greg! Glad you enjoy my emails, hahahaha! Good to know that things are going well for you! Since quite a few of you all are in DC, sounds like I might have to make a trip up there! I agree with Jamie we should try and plan something, maybe even before Kristen leaves! When is the cherry blossom season over cause that def is something I would like to see! |

WOW! it's working! Ok so here is the next thing I was planning on doing for us.
I want to link this forum to a class of 1994 website where we can post pictures of the things we've been up to, any reunions we have, and myspace links for the myspacers among us.
I'll get that site hosted on the aramco brats website and we'll have a class of 1994 link so other people in our class can find us more easily.
That said I want to create a big fucking collage (SP?) for our homepage. To do that I need everyone to e-mail me two pictures of past, or present photos. Group photos are ideal, the more class of 94 people in the photo the better, but if you only have pics of yourself send those in too.
How 'bout them apples? I'm open to more ideas for the site so make yourself heard |

Hey Jenny and Jamie!......I'm all for you coming down here. FYI, this years Cherry Blossom festival will be from March 25 - April 9!
http://www.nationalcherryblossomfestival.org/cms/index.php?id=390
I know its kinda soon but that's a good thing. Just let me know if you are serious and I would be more than happy to set something up.
Bishouty....I think the website and collage is excellent idea. In fact, I was just looking at some old pictures from Saudi last night when I was explaining this whole forum thing to my friend. |

I knew someone would have a fabulous answer for me about posting pictures! Great idea Chris! I will email you over a couple of pictures tonight! Sweet! I am so excited!
Greg, thanks for the info! I am going to look at my sched and see if it's workable for me to come during the Cherry Blossom Festival, but if it doesn't work then we will plan for a different date
Oh and Chris me and my girls are coming to Vegas May 4-7th if you and Josh want to come and play! Let me know!
Anyone else who will be out in Vegas during that time or wants to come is more than welcome to come and play! |

The response to this is awesome. I love hearing from all of you. I talked to Linas a minute ago and he is going to get on this afternoon.
Jenn- Hey gorgeous! Good to hear from you.
Jamie- Great to hear from another married person from the group. I love the married life but like you there are no kids coming in the immediate future. Hey Jules! If everything works out I am trying to see you guys at Abby's wedding! |

I will definately come down to DC for the Cherry Blossom Festival. The weekend that is best for me is April 1 and 2. Plus, I do not want to wait until the very end of the festival because we might miss the peak of the cherry blossoms. Any comments? |
